One-on-One coaching
I am someone who chooses to engage at the deep end of the ocean. Being willing to dive deep and trust mySelf is when my life started to change. The WEL-Systems® body of knowledge literally saved my life, and this framework helped cure myself of Crohn's disease. It's been 22 years that I live Crohn's free, which in the medical model of the world Crohn's is a disease that is labeled as "incurable".
With one-on-one CODE Model™ coaching I use the WEL-Systems® body of knowledge as a framework. You can expect to experience transformational changes in your life. My intention is to empower you to awaken from the coma to become aware of your potential to becoming more, and your potential of the unique signal that you are in this world.

One-on-One coaching session
1st Session : 1 hour exploration call - are we meant to work together?
Your investment: Your presence and time
Zoom call.
2nd session : This means we are a fit and you are curious to engage further for your evolution.
3 hour zoom call - This is critical to allow the space and time to engage your unfolding. You get to take the time you need.
Your investment : $240 CDN
Subsequent sessions : One-on-one sessions as needed to accelerate your growth.
Your investment : $80 / hr CDN
Art as a gateway
Join me for 1 & 1/2 hours of guided painting through a WEL-Systems® approach.
Intention is to engage at a cellular level and allowing the intellect to take a break. Our body holds information that the intellect cannot calibrate fast enough for. Through a guided meditation, guided painting session, and then reflection, you will be surprised to see what you become aware of that you had not known existed within you.
